Patient Mix: 85% adultsProvider Model: Solo provider at each siteAbout the roleJoin a growing, multi-site large DSO in the Phoenix metro area (with optional travel to Tucson sites) as a full-scope Oral Surgeon. You'll work with dedicated clinical and administrative teams, enjoy strong patient flow from day one, and have autonomy to manage your surgical caseload in modern, well-equipped operatories.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced oral surgery procedures including:Extractions (simple + surgical)Bone graftingImplant placementPRF/biologics proceduresSedation cases (as applicable)Manage your solo surgical practice at assigned locationsCoordinate patient care with dental assistants and patient care coordinatorsMaintain clinical documentation in E-chart / Dexis imagingAdhere to all state and practice regulatory, safety, and infection-control standardsRequirementsActive Arizona dental/oral surgery licenseAll required oral surgery permits for AZ practiceSedation certificationComfortable working as a solo provider with full support staffNew graduates welcome - robust onboarding and mentorship availableSupport & OperationsDedicated dental assistants, patient care coordinators, and business managers at each siteImaging: Dexis for x-rays; practice EMR: E-chart (internal systems)Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days (can start clinical scheduling sooner in many cases)Compensation & PerksGuarantee: Up to $1,000/day OR 40% production, whichever is higherSigning & relocation bonuses available (open to offers)Flexible scheduling - part-time or full-time optionsOpportunity to cover multiple sites (travel to Tucson preferred but not required)Strong patient volume and established referral baseIdeal CandidateExperienced oral surgeon or new grad with required certifications who is motivated to build/maintain a high-quality solo practiceComfortable with implant surgery, bone grafting, PRF, and sedation workflowsProfessional, patient-focused, and able to coordinate care with a local support team
