The area is abundant with four season cultural and recreational activities including cross-country skiing, hunting, hiking, biking, camping, museums, theater, and much more.Job Description & Responsibilities Edmeston-Burlington Health Center is a (NYS) Patient-Centered Medical Home recognized through the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered, coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement.Join an established group, currently practicing in Primary Care: 1 full-time MD, 1 FNP-BC and 1 ANP-C.Close relationship with Pathfinder Village, an internationally known group living facility for adults with Down SyndromeTraditional Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PMOpportunity for 4/10-hour shifts, 7 AM 5 PMFull spectrum case mix and diverse patient populationCollaborative Working EnvironmentLoan Repayment may be available through Federal and State programsEMR-EPICSalary Range: $104,040 - $133,699. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement.
