The APP provides direct clinical services to patients with substance use and co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions. The APP Responsibilities include assessing patients, collaboratively developing and implementing treatment plans, prescribing medications, monitoring and evaluating treatment progress and collaborating with the Chief Medical Officer and multidisciplinary team.
