Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for February 24 & 26 at their Corporate Health clinic in Fort Morgan, CO. Provider will see ages newborn and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Tuesday & Thursday 10:00am-7:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
