You ll collaborate with other pharmacologists and a dynamic multidisciplinary team while maintaining autonomy in your practice. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young lives, providing high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and integrated clinical setting.Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Requirements:Licensed APRN with PMHNP certification and master s degree from an accredited programMinimum 3 years of post-certification experience (outpatient preferred)Valid and unrestricted APRN, DEA, and state licenses; maintains compliance with all prescribing and monitoring regulations, and maintains proper levels of liability insuranceMaintains all required credentials and liability insuranceStrong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary teamComfortable engaging in client development and representing the practice in the communityPsychiatric Nurse Practitioner Compensation:Percentage of net collections; equivalent to $130,000 $200,000/year with anticipated caseload Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Benefits:401(k) with matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance PTO Unlimited after 2 years of employment Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Job Type:Full-time ( clients/week)Hybrid schedule (mix of in-person and virtual)W2 employeePsychiatric Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and clinical services to children, adolescents and adults in alignment with best practices and state/federal regulationsCollaborate with a broad multidisciplinary team as well as our community partners, writing orders as defined by the parameters listed in the Standard Care Arrangement (SCA)Complete timely, accurate documentation to support quality care, billing, and compliance requirementsDevelop and monitor individualized treatment plans, including patient education, referrals, and care coordinationParticipate in call coverage and provide ongoing support to assigned patientsEngage in continuing education, credentialing, and quality improvement activities to ensure excellence in care deliveryABOUT SASCO RIVER CENTER: Sasco River Center is an innovative, family-centered, multidisciplinary practice offering a wide range of diagnostic and therapy services for children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
