Position SummaryThis position provides an opportunity to operate with an independent nature and with a keen focus on quality care. The Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) will provide care through telemedicine as part of Agile s integrated care model. At Agile, you can directly and positively affect change every day in patients lives. Schedule: Shifts available Monday through Friday, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and Saturday/Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Compensation: $50.00 flat fee for shift + $50.00 per patient fee Eligible candidates may reside anywhere within California.ResponsibilitiesAssures personal compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodiesEvaluates and treats occupational medicine patients through telemedicine in accordance with Agile's medical practice modelUtilizes telehealth platform to deliver timely, high-quality care, including follow-up visits, injury assessments, and care coordination, as clinically appropriateCompletes accurate, thorough, and timely medical record documentation for all telemedicine encounters prior to the end of each shiftMeets with Medical Director or designate to discuss quality of patient care, review policies, procedures, outcomes reports, and recordsEnsures compliance with individual State Practice Act, and Workers Compensation regulationsMaintains and cultivates relationships with clients and payers while responding to requests within 24 hoursWorks with medical and clinical leadership to manage proficiencies that will optimize patient satisfaction, workflows, and efficienciesFosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement and reward and recognitionThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
