We are seeking experienced Neonatal NPs to join a growing neonatal care team in Jacksonville, Florida, supporting both Level II and Level IV NICU environments. With no state income tax and a thriving healthcare community, it is an ideal place to live and grow your career.What You ll DoProvide independent and collaborative care to premature and critically ill newborns within NNP scope and protocolsManage infants across both intermediate and high acuity NICU settingsConduct comprehensive and interval histories and targeted physical assessmentsOrder, interpret, and act on laboratory and diagnostic studiesDevelop and adjust treatment plans including medications, procedures, and supportive therapiesParticipate in neonatal rounds and coordinate care with physicians, APPs, nursing, transport teams, and ancillary servicesIdeal BackgroundNeonatal Nurse Practitioner certification and licensureClinical experience in neonatal intensive careStrong assessment and procedural skillsPassion for evidence based, family centered NICU careTeam focused approach with excellent communication skillsConsidering a Move?
