Wilmington Fab Controller & Front-End Site Consolidations (P5)Location: Wilmington & Remote East CoastReports to: Director Finance, Front End ManufacturingRole Level: P5Job SummaryThis role reports to the Director of Finance for Front End Manufacturing and supports Wilmington site leadership, and the VP of Front End Site Operations. The leader provides forward‑looking insights, operational analytics, and financial governance to influence strategic and operational decisions across the global Front-End network. Must be willing to build and enhance processes.Key Responsibilities1. Wilmington Site Controller Responsibilities- Partner with site leadership and translate factory performance into financial insights.- Lead close, forecasting, annual planning, and long-range modeling.- Perform operational analytics across cost per wafer, labor productivity, scrap, and equipment efficiency.- Oversee capital investments, business cases, ROI modeling, and asset controls.- Maintain standard costing, inventory valuation, and compliance.- Coach site leaders to strengthen financial accountability.2. Front-End Site Operations- Consolidate cross‑site Front-End financials for leadership review.- Conduct internal and external benchmarking to identify performance gaps.- Develop network-level visibility tools for capacity, cost, capital, and output.- Build scenario models and long-range analyses to support network optimization.- Harmonize assumptions, KPIs, and financial methodologies across sites.3. Strategic Leadership & Collaboration- Provide insights and recommendations to the Director of Internal Front End Manufacturing and VP of Front-End Operations.- Align financial strategy and performance management across the Front-End network.- Share best practices and strengthen financial process consistency across fabs.- Build, enhance, and standardize financial processes, reporting, and analytics.- Lead transformation in systems, automation, and performance management tools.QualificationsRequired- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.- 8+ years experience in manufacturing finance or operational FP&A.- Expertise in modeling, scenario analysis, and operational analytics.- Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI; SAP/Anaplan preferred.- Ability to influence leaders across functions and sites.- Demonstrated experience with consolidation, benchmarking, and insight creation.- Must be willing to build and enhance financial processes.Preferred- MBA or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFA).- Manufacturing finance experience.For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
