Just bring your energy, expertise, and heart for making a difference!Compensation: range $21-$26 hourly based on previous experience.What we offer A culture of diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging, which builds on our mission, vision and values401k for all team members 18 and over with a company 3% matchOnsite medical centers, providing wellness visits and sick care for all team members over 18 years of age30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, plus additional healthy choice meal options at discounted pricesGrowth Opportunities - grow with the company as we open new communities and expand on our existing ones!How you will make an impactPerforming fitness assessments which include vital signs.Prescribing an appropriate exercise program, including flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular training.Educating and evaluating members on proper exercise techniques.Assisting with coordination and implementation of Wellness programs.Maintaining a clean and safe fitness area for members.Building strong relationships with residents and staff, encouraging them to be physically active.What you will need Certified Personal Training (CPT) certificate or College degree in Exercise Science, Health, or related field required Minimum of 1 year of fitness instruction experience requiredCurrent CPR/First Aid certificationLifeguard certification preferred, or willingness to obtainExperience in senior fitness is a plusPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
