Property Management Administrator - Affordable HousingA successful and growing owner, manager, and developer of affordable residential properties is seeking an ambitious Property Management Administrator to support the Property Manager with the day-to-day operations of three properties. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and effective time management skills. Prior property management experience is preferred, and experience with affordable housing is a strong plus. This role offers a clear growth path to an Assistant Property Manager position.Responsibilities:Provide administrative and operational support to Property Manager.Assist with resident certifications and recertifications, including income verification, document collection, and file maintenance (LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, or other subsidy programs, as applicable)Maintain accurate resident files in compliance with affordable housing regulations and audit requirementsSupport leasing activities, including application processing, waitlist management, move-ins, and renewalsRespond to resident inquiries professionally and escalate issues as appropriatePrepare and distribute resident notices, compliance correspondence, and regulatory documentationCoordinate work orders and follow up with maintenance staff and vendors as neededUpdate property management software and spreadsheets with resident, leasing, and compliance dataAssist with general office administration, including scheduling, filing, and data entryQualifications & Skills:Experience with Yardi AND/OR RealPage is strongly preferredWorking knowledge of tenant law and affordable housing is strongly preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented team player with a collaborative mindsetComfortable adapting to the evolving needs of a growing organizationStrong verbal and written communication skillsProfessional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented demeanorBase Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 plus company medical benefits contribution and 401k.The above salary range represents Advice's good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.Please send your resume for immediate consideration to: If this particular role isn't the ideal fit, please feel free to forward your resume to the email above to explore other available opportunities.
