Our client, a well-established General Contractor, is seeking a driven professional to oversee Interior fitout, retail and commercial projects from conception through to completion.Responsibilities:Lead and manage all phases of construction projectsCoordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely deliveryAct as the main point of contact between the client, subcontractors, and internal teamsOversee site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsResolve issues proactively to keep projects on track and within budgetRequirements:Proven experience as a Superintendent with a strong background in Retail fitoutPrevious experience working for a General Contractor Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success in a fast-paced environmentOffer:Competitive base salary of $150,000Opportunity to work on landmark projects across NY.Supportive company culture with clear career progression
