The Area IT Analyst will be the first point of contact for on-site IT issues and will provide exceptional customer service and support to our end users. This position assists the Area Information Technology Manager with maintaining Local Area Networks, supporting server-based software, developing server/product migration plans, troubleshooting issues, and performing other responsibilities as assigned. The ideal candidate will be effective in time management, work well both independently and collaboratively, and show technical curiosity. Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide hardware support for Dell and Lenovo desktops and laptops, including peripherals such as monitors, keyboards/mice, docking stations, and printers. Support software including operating systems, property applications, and user-specific applications. Complete technology refreshes of End-of-Life (EOL) equipment, including migration of user-specific data, network devices, and core applications. Maintain hardware inventory for all end-user devices including desktops, laptops, and printers. Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to track challenges or changes within the IT environment. Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices (Android, iOS). Perform other tasks as assigned by the Area Information Technology Manager. Qualifications: Associate’s degree in information systems or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Windows environments, including Windows Server and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of LAN/WAN protocols. Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and SharePoint (preferred). Experience with PMS and POS systems (preferred). Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Opera, Oracle, or Omada (preferred). Previous hospitality experience (preferred). Flexible schedule (AM/PM, Weekends, Holidays, and On-Call as needed).
