HIRING IN TWO LOCATIONS: Reno and Las Vegas, NVA well-established Electrical Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for schedule, budget, scope, and quality execution while leading project teams and supporting client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple electrical construction projects simultaneouslyOversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and change managementCoordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and external partnersLead project planning, execution, and closeout activitiesMonitor financial performance and support forecasting effortsServe as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleIdentify risks and proactively address project challengesSupport team development and day-to-day project leadershipRequirements5+ years of project management experience in electrical constructionExperience with commercial or mixed-use projectsStrong understanding of electrical systems and construction workflowsBackground in scheduling, estimating, contracts, and change ordersAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and leadership skillsPreferredDegree in Electrical Engineering or Construction ManagementField experience or electrical license (Journeyman or Master)
