This role is critical in ensuring that programs are executed efficiently, completed on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with quality and safety standards.What You'll Do:Oversee and manage all aspects of construction programs.Drive projects to completion on time and within budget.Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.Travel to project sites as needed.What We're Looking For:Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally within convenience store or retail environments.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability and willingness to travel regularly.A track record of successfully delivering projects of varying size and complexity.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality construction programs, we would love to connect!
