Outside Salesperson - Commercial ConstructionLocation: Melbourne, FL (Brevard County & surrounding markets)Work Arrangement: In-personJob Type: Full-timeCompensation: Base salary up to $65,000 + uncapped commissionOn-Target Earnings: $100,000+ annuallyPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and driven Outside Salesperson (Commercial Sales) to support continued growth in Brevard County and surrounding markets. This role focuses on new business development, relationship management, and expanding the company's presence within the commercial construction sector.The successful candidate will represent a trusted brand known for integrity, high standards, and proven results, while managing a portfolio of exterior renovation opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow new commercial business through proactive outreach and relationship buildingManage and expand existing client relationships within the commercial construction marketCall on and maintain strong relationships with:General Contractors (GCs)Property Management CompaniesHomeowners Associations (HOAs)Private Commercial Property OwnersGenerate and manage sales opportunities related to exterior construction services, including roofing, windows, doors, and concrete restorationConduct site visits, assess project needs, and collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate proposalsTrack and manage sales activity and pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targetsRepresent the company professionally at meetings, job sites, and industry eventsStay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and customer needsQualifications & ExperienceProven success in sales; commercial construction sales experience strongly preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction or a related field (preferred)Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with a hunter mentality and the drive to pursue new opportunitiesProfessional presence with strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven roleCompensation & BenefitsBase salary up to $65,000 plus uncapped commissionEarning potential of $100,000+ annuallyMonthly healthcare allowance of $350Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays after 90 daysSignificant growth opportunity within a high-performance sales teamAdditional RequirementsAbility to commute to Melbourne, FL 32934 (required)In-person role with local travel within assigned territory
