Key Details- Assignment Type: Locum Tenens- Setting: Inpatient- Start Date: ASAP- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM- Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric- Location: Holyoke, MA- Stipends: Housing and travel options can be discussed for non-local candidates Benefits- Weekly direct deposit- Malpractice insurance with tail coverage- Supportive credentialing assistance- Lodging and mileage reimbursement- Flexible scheduling Job Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of up to 16 patients in geriatric, adult, and child/adolescent psychiatry units- Perform admissions, discharges, and daily notes on assigned patients- Participate in family meetings or agency meetings as necessary Qualifications- (Active State) and PMHNP certification- Minimum 2 years of psychiatric experience preferred- BLS certification required Working Hours- Monday through Friday- 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to manage a diverse patient population effectively- Commitment to compassionate patient care and safety in a secure environment
