Martin Painting & Coating is seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to support our New Construction Team. This role is ideal for someone early in their construction career who is ready to learn, grow, and take on estimating responsibilities within a supportive, employee-owned company. Some prior experience in construction or estimating is preferred experience in paint estimating is a plus.About the RoleIn this position, you will work closely with our New Construction Team to assist with estimating tasks such as takeoffs, pricing, proposal preparation, and project documentation and follow up. You will provide essential support to ensure our new construction projects are accurately scoped and competitively bid.
