We're looking for a Senior Property Manager who's ready to take ownership of a community and lead every aspect of its success"”from leasing and maintenance to financial performance and resident satisfaction.As the on-site leader, you'll oversee daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure the property runs efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.What You'll DoLead & InspireBe present on-site daily and serve as the face of the communityRecruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing on-site teamCreate weekly and daily schedules for office and maintenance staffEnsure consistency, accountability, and compliance with company policiesDrive Financial & Operational SuccessDevelop and manage annual operating budgets and forecastsOversee rent collections, deposits, and financial reportingCreate and execute annual marketing plans to support leasing goalsMonitor leasing performance, follow-up, and accurate documentationDeliver Exceptional Resident ExperiencesAddress resident concerns promptly and professionallyBuild and execute resident retention programs and community eventsEnsure maintenance requests are completed quickly and efficientlyConduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal and standardsWhat We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred4+ years in the housing industry or equivalent experienceCAM or ARM certification preferredWorking knowledge of Fair Housing laws and OSHA requirementsComfortable using property management software and basic computer toolsPhysical & Scheduling RequirementsAbility to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and emergenciesCapable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and navigating stairs, ladders, and varied terrainComfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsWhy Join Us?Lead a team.
