You will be exposed to schedules, budgets, subcontractors, permitting, inspections, and owner communication in a fast-paced South Florida construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Manager with day-to-day project executionTrack submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and approvalsSupport permitting and inspection coordination with municipalitiesAssist with subcontractor scopes, contracts, and change ordersMaintain project documentation in Procore (or similar software)Prepare meeting minutes, logs, and owner updatesCoordinate with Superintendents on material deliveries and field needsSupport pay applications, cost tracking, and forecastingHelp identify issues early and escalate before they impact schedule or costWhat We're Looking For1-3+ years of experience in construction project coordination or Assistant Project Manager role with a General ContractorCommercial construction experience preferredAbility to read plans and specificationsOrganized, detail-oriented, and proactiveComfortable working in the office and visiting job sitesStrong communication skills with PMs, supers, subs, and consultantsWillingness to learn and take ownershipWillingness to work in-office and on active jobsites in a fast-paced South Florida construction environmentPreferred (Not Required)Experience with Procore or similar construction softwareExposure to municipal permitting and inspectionsBilingual (English / Spanish)Compensation & BenefitsSalary starting around $75,000+, based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offLong-term growth opportunity as the company scalesDirect exposure to ownership and senior leadershipWho This Role Is NOT ForCandidates looking for remote or hybrid workIndividuals running side businesses or consulting on the side"Paper PMs" who avoid responsibility or accountabilityAnyone not interested in long-term growth with one companyWhy Join VercettiClear expectations and structureOpportunity to grow into Project Manager and Senior PM rolesIncreasing project size and complexityA team that values execution, accountability, and professionalism
