CSA Superintendent - Data Center ConstructionLocation: Atlanta, GAProject Type: Mission-Critical / Data CenterOur client is seeking an experienced CSA Superintendent to join a high-performing project team on a large-scale data center construction project in the Atlanta market. This role is ideal for a strong field leader with deep experience in civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) scopes within mission-critical or complex commercial construction environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all CSA field operations including civil, concrete, structural steel, architectural finishes, and building envelopeCoordinate daily activities with subcontractors, inspectors, and internal project teamsDevelop and maintain short-interval schedules to ensure milestones are metEnforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and project-specific safety requirementsOversee quality control to ensure work is executed in accordance with contract documents and industry standardsCollaborate closely with MEP and commissioning teams to support integrated project deliveryTrack manpower, productivity, and material deliveries to maintain schedule and budget objectivesParticipate in coordination meetings, inspections, and progress reportingQualifications8+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with a strong focus on CSA scopesPrior experience on data centers, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial projects strongly preferredProven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and fast-paced construction environmentsStrong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and quality controlExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedulesProficiency with construction technology tools (Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software a plus)What's OfferedLong-term opportunity on a high-profile mission-critical projectCompetitive compensation package (salary, bonus, benefits)Opportunity to work with an elite project team on technically complex constructionProject is based in Atlanta, GA.
