Required Skills: Active RN license and valid certification as a CRNA. Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience or at least 1 year working independently. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Experience with regional anesthesia techniques, such as spinals and peripheral nerve blocks, is advantageous. Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment supporting anesthesiologists. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Cerner EMR or similar systems. Background in performing anesthesia for general, orthopedic, ophthalmology, gynecology, ENT, and plastic surgery cases. Additional certifications or specialized training in anesthesia practices. Preferred Education and Experience: Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia. At least 2 years of independent anesthesia practice. Prior experience within hospital anesthesia departments. Other Requirements: State licensure in the practicing state. Willingness to work a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule (6:45 AM 5:00 PM, Monday-Thursday). Support for credentialing processes, with potential for quick temporary privileges (less than 2 weeks for clean files). Ability to travel if necessary, with expenses paid for airfare, rental car, and hotel accommodations. Candidate must be detail-oriented and able to perform a variety of procedures including general anesthesia, ortho, ophthalmology, gyn, ENT, and plastic surgery cases. Compensation for this role is at an hourly rate of $214.50, with overtime paid at 1.5x the normal rate for applicable holidays (e.g., New Year s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
