Locum CRNA - Fredericksburg, Virginia (Float Pool)Full-Time 12-Hour Shifts Level II Trauma Multi-Site Coverage 6-Month Contract Preferred Opportunity Snapshot: A regional health system in Fredericksburg, Virginia, is seeking a locum CRNA to provide full-time night coverage within its float pool team. This role offers a broad case mix, exposure to a Level II Trauma environment, and the opportunity to work across multiple hospital and ambulatory sites. The position includes emergency privileging for holiday coverage and offers flexible, consistent scheduling. Key Details: Start Date: February 9, 2026Contract Length: 6-month minimum preferredSchedule:12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AMMust be able to work full-time (36 hours/week)Blocks not guaranteedOvertime paid after scheduled shift (not after 36 hours)Schedule released 8 weeks in advanceFacilities Covered:Floating between multiple hospitals and ambulatory centersIncludes main OR, 4-OR satellite hospital, and 6-OR ASC (occasional float)Case Mix:All cases except transplantsIncludes: Hearts, Thoracic, OB, Ortho, GI, ENT, Vascular, Healthy Peds (Dental/ENT)OB and Thoracic experience requiredPediatric experience preferredCRNAs perform own spinals and epidurals (no blocks)Facility Details:Trauma Level: IIHeavy OB, Thoracic, EP, and Vascular caseloadPrivileges:Emergency privileges available for holiday coverageMust maintain a clean background for emergency privilegingExperience Required: Minimum 2 yearsEMR: Epic Requirements: NBCRNA Certification - RequiredActive Virginia License (or in process at time of submission)AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certifications - RequiredLevel II Trauma experience - RequiredProficiency in spinal and epidural placement/management - Required Know someone who may be a fit?
