Your Role as the Health & Wellness Director (LPN)Assisted Living / Memory CareAs the Health & Wellness Director, you'll lead the clinical team to ensure exceptional, resident-centered care within our Assisted Living community. You'll oversee all nursing services, providing clinical supervision and leadership while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and Americare standards.Working collaboratively with community leadership and interdisciplinary teams, you'll guide assessments, care planning, medication management, and staff development.
