OB/GYN Locums - Every Other Week Schedule in Michigan Practice SettingOutpatient Clinic setting with a patient volume of 18-25 per day.Support staff includes MA's and Receptionists.ScheduleConsistent Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Block Scheduling: Only 2 weeks per month is required for coverage.Procedures and CasesFull scope of Women's Health Services is required for the assignment.Must have 2 years of recent Women's Health/OBGYN experience.RequirementsActive Michigan (MI) state license is required at the time of name clear.Must be a local provider as flights will not be covered.ACLS and BLS certifications are required.DEA is required at the time of the assignment start.Credentialing RequirementsNo malpractice history is allowed for quick credentialing.A Self-Query NPDB, pulled within 30 days, is required at submission.Immunization records are required for clearance (Flu, TDAP, Hep B, etc.).
