Cascade Child and Family Center is seeking a part- or full-time mental health therapist to join a small team of psychiatrists, NPs and therapists. Since 2013, we have been providing multi-disciplinary services to support, educate and empower children and families living with the challenges of mental health disorders. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys working with a multi-disciplinary team, is a self-starter, and is motivated to develop and maintain a robust caseload. In addition, this candidate will appreciate the support and benefit of strong front office support while possessing the organizational skills to ensure that their administrative tasks are completed in a timely fashion. They are disciplined, organized and a strong team player. Full time employees are expected to carry a caseload of 27-32 clients per week. Referral sources are varied and the front office is responsible for scheduling new and existing clients for you. Cascade Child and Family is paneled with most major insurance companies so few clients are self-pay. Compensation is based off client hours billed. This is a W2 position. Candidates for this position will have the following qualifications: A masters of social work, marriage and family counseling, or professional counseling. Supervision is available for unlicensed clinicians. Ability to pass a background check Experience and skill in working with children, youth, and families. Willing to collaborate with an incredible medical staff, and coordinate care with providers to provide the best care possible for clients. Experience in clinical documentation, including professional and competent documenting of progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans. Understanding of local resources and supports Experience working with children, youth, and families Advanced clinical training in modalities such as DBT, CBT I, TF-CBT, EMDR, or IFS Experience with neurodivergent clients Job Description Complete intake assessments Provide individual and family counseling Complete documentation in a timely fashion Complete and update treatment plans as needed Coordinate care within and outside of small multi-disciplinary team Provide appropriate referrals when necessary.
