(board certification required prior to start date)Scheduling:Preferred scheduling and work-life balance40 hours per week and 45 weeks per yearOne weekend shift per monthMinimal night shifts per yearNo callKey Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans.Safely administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative continuum.Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing, and perioperative staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Participate in quality, safety, and workflow initiatives aimed at improving patient care and clinician experience.Living and Working in Phoenix:Phoenix is where the sun never stops shining, and the stunning desert landscape matches the city's energy.
