Competitive salary commensurate with experience 100% Company-paid Health Benefits 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan Tuition reimbursement programs available to qualifying employees for approved programsResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities Performs all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies Operates the milling machine on road construction projects May perform other related duties such as shovel work, setting string line, adding or removing screed extensions Ensures equipment is safely and securely parked and stored Maintains equipment by greasing properly and checking fluids daily (oils, coolant, fuel level) and keeping clean and free of debris Performs daily checks on equipment to ensure proper operating condition Notifies shop foreman of any requirements for maintenance or repairs Other duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Skills, Education, and ExperienceTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
