The LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.We are a leading long-term care facility dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents.
