This opportunity will allow you to get the most out of your career as you: Provide rehabilitative services to patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team. Plan initial and subsequent treatment programs based on clinical findings. Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients.
