Key Details Assignment Type: Locum Tenens Setting: Inpatient Start Date: February 23rd Schedule: Day shifts Patient Population: Adult Location: Worcester, MA Stipends: Discussions on housing and travel options are available for non-local candidates Benefits Weekly direct deposit Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Flexible scheduling Job Responsibilities Provide psychiatric care to adult patients in an inpatient setting Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop treatment plans Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care Complete required documentation and participate in patient care meetings Qualifications Minimum board certification required Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and others CPI training is a Massachusetts state requirement for Behavioral Medicine Willingness to comply with credentialing requirements within 30-60 days Working Hours Day shifts with flexibility as needed Skills Strong clinical skills in psychiatric care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Competency in handling a high patient volume per shift This opportunity does not allow bids from providers with IMLC.
