Required Skills: Valid North Carolina RN license and certification as a CRNA Board Certification in Nurse Anesthesia 1-2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA Current ACLS and PALS certifications Ability to float across different departments as needed Proficiency with Drager anesthesia machines and Philips monitoring systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to accommodate a full-time schedule with varied shifts Nice to Have Skills: Experience in cardiothoracic, neuro, or pediatric anesthesia Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records Additional certifications in specialized anesthesia techniques Preferred Education and Experience: Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program Prior experience in hospital OR settings with high patient volumes Demonstrated ability to adapt in fast-paced environments Other Requirements: Compliance with all licensing and credentialing procedures (credentialing timeframe 60-90 days) Willing to work 5x8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Flexibility to cover up to 5 shifts per month, averaging 4-5 shifts Ability to obtain Compact licensure (license for North Carolina is required) Must be fully vaccinated or compliant with hospital policies regarding infectious diseases This opportunity offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $202.80, with enhanced pay for holidays at 1.5 times the normal rate.
