It involves seeing patients in-person as well as participating in tele-health and virtual care for our patients around the Jasper area.This position has the potential for full benefits (health insurance, dental, vision, professional liability insurance, etc.).*You Will** Be a head onsite clinician in a practice with 2 MDs and 5 or more FNP* Make clinical assessments with the support of organizations resources and decision making software.* Lead shared decision-making discussions via in office and/or our telemedicine platform using integrated video visits and chat-based communications.* Activate patient-centered treatment plans with the support of the organizations care team.*You Are** A hardworking, detail-oriented individual with the ability to problem solve independently, reaching out for help / support on patient cases, as needed.* A caring, compassionate individual who enjoys helping others and providing a positive care experience. xmcpwfu* Effective communication and have strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with patients and staff* Flexible and interested in working in start up and conventional in office hybrid environment with frequent change / product improvements, and extremely comfortable using new technology and software.*Minimum Qualifications** MD/DO* Internal Medicine or Family Medicine certified or eligible* Clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine*Preferred Qualifications** Previous experience in a private practice with a higher patient volume* Outpatient primary care experience* Chronic Condition Management experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: $200,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insurance
