We are searching for a Full Time Clinic Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities: Schedule medical, lab, or other testing appointments. Communicate appointment information to the clinical team. Transport and/or accompany clients to appointments or community activities Ensure that appropriate documentation is brought to and from medical appointments. Assist the Clinical Manager in tracking supplies - place orders for supplies and materials Obtain and record client medical information, such as vital signs, weight, etc. Qualifications: Minimum of two years of experience working in a clinical setting. Strong medical aptitude. Understanding of medical needs and medical terminology. A valid driver's license. Strong administrative skills and a working knowledge of personal computers Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals Ability to maintain and properly safeguard confidential data and information.
