Being community and family connected is a priority to the team so work life balance is a highlight.We are subspecialized and have a 1:9 call schedule, but not high-level trauma. There is also a large Physical Medicine non-operative team, they have a 1/1 PA pairing, and coordinators who all work closely with the team to support the providers. There's an 80% same day home recovery rate consistent w/region and mentorship opportunities are available.Santa Rosa is close to city life, with being a bit more affordable, family center and community based.The Permanente Medical Group, Inc.
