Required Skills: Valid CRNA certification and licensure in MichiganProven experience in anesthesia administration within a surgical settingAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionProficiency in EMR systems, preferably EpicStrong critical thinking and excellent communication skillsComfortable managing a broad patient demographic, including pediatric to geriatric patientsNice to Have Skills: Previous experience in Level 4 trauma centersFamiliarity with endoscopy proceduresBilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populationsAdditional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or PALSPreferred Education and Experience: Master s degree or higher in Nursing with anesthesia specializationMinimum of 2 years of clinical CRNA experiencePrior experience working in a surgical or trauma environmentOther Requirements: Must complete Epic EMR training prior to start; waiver options available for experienced practitionersMust pass a physical and a 5-panel drug screen within 30 days of assignment (reimbursements not included)Willingness to accept sporadic PRN coverage with potential for future assignmentsAble to travel to and from the facility as neededThis is an excellent opportunity to advance your anesthetic career in a supportive environment that values your expertise.
