Job Description Job Description SALES SPECIALISTWe are seeking a Sales Specialist to join the QW team! At QW, your primary role will include sales efforts as well as a variety of sales related administrative tasks. Responsibilities will include sales support projects, keeping the sales floor neat and organized and of course, talking with customers! A top-notch sales team is of utmost importance and you will be encouraged to utilize your creative energy and talent. We are a local, family owned company looking for an energetic and outgoing person to fill this exciting role. While retail sales experience, and/or design experience is helpful, it is not required to apply. Bachelors level education or higher is desired, and will be recognized, but not required. We utilize a sales commission share program that allows all of our team to work in lockstep together. Because of this, we never have inter-staff commission related conflict. And, our commission share program allows all our staff to reap the rewards of a busy and successful month and allows for 'upside' compensation potential.
