Digital Press Operator – Xeikon 3300Location: Wentzville, MO 63385Shift: Day ShiftSchedule: Four 10-hour days (4x10), 5:00 AM - 4:30 PMPay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 90 days of employmentPosition Summary:We are seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator to operate and maintain a Xeikon 3300 digital press. This role is responsible for producing high-quality printed materials while meeting production schedules and maintaining press performance standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and experienced in digital press operations.What We Offer: Competitive pay Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates moving to the area $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days 401(k) with 5% Company Match Health, dental, vision, life insurance Consistent day shift schedule Four-day workweek for improved work-life balance Stable, long-term employment opportunity Primary Responsibilities: Operate the Xeikon 3300 digital press efficiently and safely Set up jobs according to specifications, including substrates, color profiles, and finishing requirements Monitor print quality and make adjustments to ensure consistent color and image accuracy Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting Identify and resolve press issues to minimize downtime Maintain accurate production records and job documentation Follow safety procedures and company quality standards Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding job status and issues Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience operating digital printing presses Experience with Xeikon digital presses strongly preferred Strong understanding of digital print workflows and color management Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
