Key Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia management for a variety of cases including general, spine, vent management, and arterial line placements.Support a medical-directed anesthesia model with a 4:1 patient-to-provider ratio.Cover a wide range of procedures and patient needs, including outpatient surgery, GI, CV/TEE, MRI, and other specialties.Ensure high-quality care for patients aged 12 and above, with a focus on adult populations and some pediatric cases.Collaborate with team members to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate anesthesia services.Required Skills: Active SC license and a clean background, with no exceptions.Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience.Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS through the American Heart Association.Proficient in Epic EMR system.Strong clinical skills in general anesthesia, spine procedures, and patient management.Nice to Have Skills: Experience in outpatient surgical settings or rural hospital environments.Additional certifications or specialties related to anesthesia.Familiarity with complex case management or advanced airway techniques.Preferred Education and Experience: Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program.Prior experience working in community hospital settings.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Other Requirements: Valid SC licensure and ability to work day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.Willingness to support occasional out-of-OR coverage, including GI, CV/TEE, and MRI.Dependable and adaptable with a focus on patient safety and quality care.Ability to travel if required for credentialing or temporary coverage arrangements.This role offers an hourly pay rate of $239.46, with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a rewarding referral bonus program.
