About The Role The Manufacturing Scheduling Analyst is responsible for managing a segment of the manufacturing operation schedule, coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and reports to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.What You’ll DoUtilize the SAP system to generate, analyze, and manage manufacturing schedule reports.Plan, schedule, and oversee material readiness and production progress to ensure the timely delivery of critical shipments to customers, including tracking progress via Jira and identifying/resolving product issues.Analyze FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory reports and collaborate with production teams to mitigate risks associated with aging inventory and potential excesses.Proactively escalate any potential committed schedule impacts (e.g., capacity constraints, supply risks, operational interruptions) to management with proposed solutions.Manage and expedite manufacturing progress—including build, test, repair, and packing phases—by strategically allocating resources to ensure schedules are met.Perform comprehensive data analysis of demand and supply trends, generating various status reports to drive manufacturing processes and managing inventory toward achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Coordinate with Engineering (ENG) and Information Technology (IT) teams to optimize tools and reporting mechanisms, enhancing process efficiency and overall operational performance.Perform other assigned duties as required.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
