Position Summary The organization is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join its established outpatient practice in Southbury, Connecticut. Candidates with a background in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-focused primary care will be considered. This is a full-time, permanent position providing comprehensive primary care services to adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.
