Cuisine Boulud , an exclusive catering partnership between Dinex (Chef Daniel Boulud) and Lifeworks, is seeking a dedicated opening team who is looking for new challenges and future growth.The Line Cook is responsible for producing and executing Canapes, Stations, Plated Dinners, and Platters for our events. You will report directly to the Sous Chefs and Culinary Leadership to produce dishes in accordance with Dinex standards.The Line Cook should be able to read and follow recipes and standards, have strong attention to detail, and maintain health department, food quality, and production standards. Flexibility, positive attitude, and a desire to be part of an awesome team is a must.
