The ideal clinician will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to restore patient function and independence.Required qualificationsActive, valid Physical Therapy state licenseCPR/BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (with AED)Core responsibilitiesPerform thorough assessments, review medical histories, and coordinate with providers to determine patient needs and goalsCreate and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable rehabilitation goalsDesign therapeutic exercise programs to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordinationDeliver hands-on interventions (joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, manual stretching) to enhance mobility and reduce painAdminister therapeutic modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold) as indicatedTrain patients in use of assistive devices (crutches, canes, walkers, wheelchairs) and provide safe mobility instructionEducate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, home exercise programs, body mechanics, and injury preventionMonitor, document, and adjust treatment based on patient progress; maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and outcomesDevelop and implement pain-management strategies using therapeutic exercise, modalities, and manual techniquesFacilitate post-operative and post-injury recovery to maximize independence and quality of lifeCommunicate effectively with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other team members to coordinate careAdhere to legal, ethical, and confidentiality standards; practice cultural sensitivity and patient-centered carePerform other duties as assigned by managementIf you meet the licensure and certification requirements and are ready to start ASAP, we encourage you to apply.
