Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.• Additional notes:Requirements:• Board Certification: Not required for Dentists• State license required: Yes• DEA: Not required but preferred• Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state)• Certifications required: BLSCredentialing Timeframe & requirements: Please allow one week minimum between offer and start to allow for credentialing.
