We are seeking a dedicatedand clinically confident Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Nursing Home /Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) program serving the Fall River area. Thisfull-time role offers a flexible, autonomous practice environment within a collaborative,team-based care model focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered careto geriatric and post-acute populations.
