Job Description Job Description Action Sports is looking to add a Service Technician / Set up Technician to its rapidly growing business. We are a family owned and operated business in Southwest Minnesota and have served the area for 30 plus yearsResponsibilities· Perform power sport repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned· Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues· Conduct inspections and provide recommendations for necessary repairs· Complete repairs efficiently and accurately· Utilize various tools and equipment to perform tasks· Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns· Ability to properly set up, add accessories and PDI new unitsExperience:· Previous experience in power sports repair or related field preferred but not necessary· Strong knowledge of power sports systems and components preferred· Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding skills· Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail· Strong communication and interpersonal skillsQualifications:· Must have sustained experience at previous employer· Must have a valid driver's license· Must excel at interacting with customer via phone, text, email, and in person.· Must have a high level of self-motivation and organization.What We Offer:· Rotating Saturday Schedule· 8:00 - 5:30 work day· 8:00 - 2:00 Saturday· Closed All Major HolidaysApply online or contact Chris Zent directly to apply.Job Type: Full-time Benefits:- 401(k)- Employee Discount- Health Insurance- HSA Available- Dental Insurance- Vision Insurance- Life Insurance- Paid Short Term & Long Term Disability- Vacation TimeExperience:- customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Education:High school or equivalent (Required)
