You will serve as the Department of the Navy's foremost subject matter expert for Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Counterintelligence (CI), and Foreign Materiel (FM) reporting directly to the Chief of Naval Intelligence (CNI). Your primary mission is to provide expert advice, coordination, and advocacy for these critical programs across the Naval Intelligence Enterprise and the broader Intelligence Community (IC).DutiesYou will guide the development of full-spectrum CI, HUMINT, and FM capabilities to meet strategic intelligence requirements.You will collaborate with the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Headquarters Marine Corps, Department of War intelligence agencies, Geographic Combatant Commands, and the Office of the Undersecretary of War for Intelligence and Security.You will identify intelligence gaps to prioritize CI, HUMINT, and FM investments.
