This is a confidential opportunity with high-impact potential and long-term growth.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Build and maintain operational systems, procedures, and infrastructure to support rapid growthOversee transaction coordination, due diligence, and closing processes for real estate acquisitions and dispositionsManage key vendor relationships including legal, accounting, technology, and property management partnersSupport financial reporting, compliance, and budget tracking in coordination with outside advisorsAssist founders in project management, calendar planning, and internal communicationsDevelop dashboards, SOPs, and operational tools to drive efficiencyMaintain confidentiality around investment strategy, pipeline, and internal operationsSupport recruitment, onboarding, and culture-building efforts as the team growsQualifications:5–10 years of experience in real estate operations, investment, or development; startup or early-stage company experience preferredProven track record of building systems and managing cross-functional workflows in a lean environmentStrong understanding of real estate transactions, asset management, and vendor coordinationExcellent project management, communication, and execution skillsHighly adaptable, self-directed, and detail-orientedComfortable wearing multiple hats and operating in ambiguityInterested in hearing more?
