Warehouse Associate The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations including material handling, production support, inventory organization, and shipping/receiving. Forklift experience is required, and forklift certification is strongly preferred. Operate forklift to move raw materials and finished products safely Load and unload trucks Assist with production line support and material staging Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts Keep warehouse clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company policies Previous warehouse experience required Forklift experience required (certification preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Must reside in or near Bay Minette, AL Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment Steady, full-time work Opportunity for growth Team-oriented environment Competitive pay based on experience
