Safety Administrative Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company near Tempe who is looking for an administrative assistant to support their safety department. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm. The hourly rate is between $21/hr-$23/hr. This fully onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing documentation, and providing essential administrative support to ensure safety programs run efficiently and in compliance. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Safety team, including data entry, filing, and record maintenance Assist with tracking safety training, certifications, and compliance documentation Schedule meetings, trainings, and safety-related appointments Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence related to safety initiatives Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety files and logs Serve as a point of contact for internal staff regarding safety documentation and administrative needs Support audits, inspections, and incident documentation as needed Perform general office duties such as scanning, copying, and organizing records Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus 12 years of administrative or office support experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong communication and time-management skills If you are interested, please apply now!
