Accounts Receivable Clerk Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 23.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Create, review, and send customer invoices accurately and on time Post and track incoming payments, including checks, ACH, and credit cards Monitor accounts for past-due balances and follow up on outstanding payments Resolve billing questions and discrepancies with customers Reconcile accounts and maintain clear, organized records Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting or business preferred Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or general accounting Strong attention to detail with basic math and data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
